2- Complete the Online Order Form
The order form will allow you to send your order and select between paying online with your credit card
(PayPal) or by mailing in a check.
-- To pay with your credit card:
Be sure to select the option to "Pay online with my credit card" when you complete the online order form.
-- To mail in your payment:
Fill out the order form and select "Pay by mail (check)". After
submitting your order, you will receive instructions on where to send
your payment.
