2- Complete the Online Order Form
We have created an online order form that will allow you to send us your order and then select between paying online with your credit card (PayPal) or by mailing in a check

2a- Pay with your credit card
Be sure to select the option to "Pay online with my credit card" when you complete the online order form.
2b- Order products online, then mail in my payment
Fill out the order form and select "Pay by mail (check)". After submitting your order, you will receive instructions on where to send your payment.
